Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with tags attached and the original shipping waybill included.
For hygiene reasons, socks and underwear are non-refundable, unless a manufacturing defect is found.
Refunds are processed and collected through the courier after approval.
All returns and exchanges are subject to full additional shipping charges, unless the issue is due to an error on our part.
